Premium Subscription Terms

By subscribing to RoadTripAI Premium you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms and Refund Policy.

Billing

• Premium is billed monthly or annually, in advance, by Paddle (Merchant of Record).
• Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

What Premium includes

• 75 AI credits per month for route generation and AI chat planning, with the option to buy more credit packs. Different AI modes (Fast / Balanced / Research) consume different amounts of credits. Failed, off-topic, or blocked AI requests do not consume credits.
• EV-aware routing.
• GPX / KML exports.
• Offline saving.
• Premium-only collections and filters.

Feature availability may evolve. We will not materially reduce included features without notice.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Paddle will retry. During the retry window your subscription may be marked past-due. If retries fail, your subscription is cancelled.

Referrals

• Every account has a unique referral code. When someone signs up using your code and converts to a paid Premium subscription, you become eligible for a referral reward (currently 1 month free applied as a credit toward your next bill).
• Referred users may also receive a one-time welcome discount (currently 20% off their first month).
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other forms of abuse will be disqualified. We may revoke rewards obtained through abuse and disable the underlying codes.
• Rewards are reviewed and applied manually until automatic application is enabled. Pending status is shown on your profile.
• Reward amounts and structure may change with notice. Rewards already earned at the time of a change are honoured under the terms in effect when they were earned.
