Refund Policy
How refunds are handled for paid plans.

RoadTripAI offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Premium and Creator subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment for a full refund.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your purchase email or contact us via Contact & Support.
Renewal payments after the first billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Discount codes and promotional offers
- Discount codes (including referral welcome codes and cancellation-save offers) are single-use unless stated otherwise, expire on the date shown when issued, and have no cash value.
- Codes are personal to the user they were issued to and may not be sold, transferred, or combined with other offers.
- We may invalidate codes obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
- Receiving a cancellation-save discount does not waive your right to cancel; you can still cancel at any time during or after the discounted period.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights (including EU consumer rights to withdraw within 14 days, where applicable).
