Creator Terms

The Creator plan is intended for travel professionals, publishers, and brands who use RoadTripAI to publish, monetise, and promote routes and collections. By subscribing, you agree to these Creator Terms in addition to our Terms, Community Guidelines, and Subscription Terms.

Your responsibilities

• Routes, photos, and collections you publish must be accurate, lawful, and safe.
• You must clearly disclose sponsored, affiliate, gifted, or paid-partnership content.
• You must hold all necessary rights and permissions for media you upload.
• You must comply with consumer-protection, advertising, and tax law in your jurisdiction.
• You must not publish misleading travel claims (e.g. fabricated reviews, undisclosed sponsorships).
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from monetised activity through the platform.

RoadTripAI's rights

We may remove, demote, or restrict any Creator content that breaches these terms; revoke Creator status; and withhold or refund associated fees in accordance with our Refund Policy.
